Mary Estimé-Irvin is an innovative and forward-thinking leader dedicated to fostering inclusiveness that empower the District 3 in the City of North Miami and a board member of the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency Board (NMCRA) since her election in 2019. With academic foundations in Finance and International Business from Oakwood University and Florida International University, she brings strategic insight and a deep commitment to community empowerment.
 
Prior to entering public office, Estimé-Irvin built a distinguished career in business and nonprofit leadership. She served as President and CEO of E & I Associates, a staffing firm with over 400 employees, and currently leads Estimé & Irvin Consulting, LLC. Her advocacy for youth, women, and minority-owned businesses is reflected in her legislative achievements, including the creation of the City of North Miami Youth Council and the Commission for Women. Her work consistently emphasizes equity, innovation, and collaboration across sectors.
 
Her influence spans local, state, and national platforms. In Miami-Dade County, she serves on the Miami-Dade League of Cities and the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, while statewide she is a Board Member of the Florida Redevelopment Association. She also contributes to multiple committees within the Florida League of Cities and the Florida Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (FBC-LEO). Nationally, she chairs the National Haitian American Elected Official Network (NAHEON) and serves on key committees within the National League of Cities and the National Black Caucus of Elected Officials (NBC-LEO).
