As part of its redevelopment mission the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (NMCRA) seeks to promote and support a more desirable mix of retail and other tenants within the Downtown Business Area and along other commercial corridors within the NMCRA boundaries (see boundary map - pdf). These commercial corridors include, but are not limited to, NW 7th Avenue, NE 6th Avenue, West Dixie Highway, 125th Street, and Biscayne Boulevard. In support of this ongoing effort the NMCRA would like to hear from you regarding commercial and office locations within the CRA boundaries that are available for lease and/or purchase.

Based on your submission of information regarding the availability of the property you own we plan to develop a location on the NMCRA website where information regarding the availability of commercial and office locations could be posted on an ongoing basis.
