REHABILITATION GRANT PROGRAM

Available to eligible Property Owners
Grants for up to 50% of approved total project cost
Up to $80,000 per building

Available to eligible Property and/or Business Owners
100% Grants
Up to $15,000 per property

IMPORTANT NOTES

Programs are for PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS to property, and are not general business grants.
Grants are available to businesses in the primary commercial corridors only: NW 7th Avenue, NE 6th Avenue/West Dixie Highway, NE 125th Street, and the westside of Biscayne Blvd.
Property must be located within the CRA Boundaries

Whether you are a small business or property owner along the primary commercial corridors within the boundaries of the North Miami CRA, you may be eligible for grants up to 100% for improvements to the exterior of your building.
