United States Census 2010
What is the U.S. Census? A count of everyone living in the U.S. Census. Questionnaires will be mailed to your home in March 2010. It's Easy!
It's Important! Census data is used to distribute over $300 billion in federal funds such as transportation, housing and health assistance programs.
It's Safe! Your information is confidential and protected by law. The census counts everyone living in the U.S. regardless of residency status. Census employees are subject to a $250,000 fine and/or a 5-year prison term for disclosing personal information.
If you need assistance completing your form, Questionnaire Assistance Centers will be open throughout our community during March and April 2010. |

On April 15th and 16th, 2009, at the behest of the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency, the Urban Land Institute convened a Technical Assistance Panel to study the Downtown core of North Miami and develop an Economic Development Strategy for the area. The final report of the ULI Technical Assistance Panel is available for download here. |

The North Miami CRA goes Green! Effective September 2008, the City of North Miami and the North Miami CRA will be closed on Fridays. In an effort to conserve energy, provide for greater access to local government, operate more efficiently and ultimately save money in operational costs, our new hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. |
Annual Activity Reports and Independent Audited Financial Statements are available for download
Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes requires each Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to provide to its governing body by March 31 of each year, an annual report on its activities for the preceding fiscal year. Chapter 163, Part III of the Florida Statutes also requires each Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to provide an annual audit report to its governing body for inclusion in the governing body's annual audit for the preceding fiscal year. Copies of these reports are provided to each contributing taxing authority. This report and the attached audited financial statements is submitted in fulfillment of that requirement and to provide information to the public.
